A. While we ship year round, during the warm months and warm weather locations, we strongly suggest that the shipping time is no more than 2 days. We also recommend shipping in a cooler box with ice. A. Yes, we can decorate with any logo or image (as long as you have permission to use it). There is no charge for logo or image with a basic type set. If you need your logo and a special tin designed, there will be a $40/hr design fee, which includes a proof and 1 design change.
A. Submit artwork to email@example.com and reference your order number. All artwork must be 300 dpi and 4” on the shortest dimension. Illustrator file formats are preferred. Tiff, jpg, eps and pdf are also acceptable.

A. Yes, there is a $10.00 proof charge. Select this option at checkout.
A. Since all orders are made to order and the nature of the products, we are unable to accept any returns. If we have sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us within 5 days or receipt for a replacement or credit, at company’s discretion. If you do not like the design you ordered, we can offer replacement labels that you will be able to put the new labels over the old ones. Please contact us for assistance.
A. We try to pick up obvious errors, and will attempt to contact you, but cannot be responsible for typing errors. When placing your order in the shopping cart, please review carefully before submitting.
A. Yes. Each tin is shrink wrapped around the edges.
A. Yes, most of our candy products are Kosher and our facility is certified. Most products are Parve, with the exception of the chocolate. Kosher certification is available upon request. Please let us know if you have a specific question about a candy product.
